Frequently asked questions
I can't log in to my account.
Double-check your username and password. If you've forgotten your password, use the password reset option on the login page of your server (Strife, Havoc, or Fury). If you still can't access your account, email us from the address registered to the account and we'll help you verify ownership.
My top-up hasn't been credited.
Most top-ups are credited within a few minutes. If it's been more than 30 minutes, send us your transaction reference number, the server you topped up on, your in-game account name, and the amount. See our Refund Policy for details on when a refund is possible.
How do I report a bug, cheater, or abusive player?
Open a ticket on Discord or email us with the date/time, server, character names involved, and screenshots or video if available. Reports are kept confidential.
How do I delete my account?
You can request permanent deletion of your account at any time. Follow the steps on our Account Deletion page.
Is RAN Pinas suitable for children?
RAN Pinas is intended for players aged 13 and over. The game features fantasy combat and in-game purchases. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. See our Privacy Policy.
Where can I download the game client?
Visit the Download section of our home page or the official download links. Only download the client from links published on this site or our official social channels.
